This hearing aid is 2018 model.
This hearing aid comes with size 3 85 db. Receiver.
Due to fact that there are many different size & type of Domes & we do not know what size or type you are using we did not included with these hearing aids.
These aids are BTE (behind the ear) and very light wight. These are very powerful and has quality sound.
