    The Kincade Neck Relaxer is made from a soft elastic cord with a little give to use while lunging or riding.  thie is a new, unused pre owned neck relaxer without the original packaging.  The Kincade neck relaxer encourages the horse to lower its head and round its back, strengthening the muscles.  Used when lunging, the chambon (when correctly adjusted) only comes into action when the horse raises its head above its wither.
