    Description

    Rare!  Offered for Sale is a Beautiful Stoneware Vessel Standing 7" Tall and 3" in Diameter with a Stopper.  It has a Very Nice Simplistic Design with a Lovely Glaze Finish.  It is in Excellent Used Condition Except it appears to have a Repair on the Bottom (See Photos).
    Jack Cannon received his advanced degree from Alfred in 1959. His work was featured in the seminal reference by Dan Rhodes, Stoneware and Porcelain. After a long teaching time at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, he set up a full-time studio in Ripley, Illinois, where this pot was made.
